Uniquely designed screened bottom board allows varroa mites to drop through the screen rather than land on a solid base and then simply crawl back up into the hive. Beekeepers with varroa mite speak very highly of their success over the mite when using this type of bottom board on their hives.Designed to fit our hive body but can also be used on older style wooden hives.
It is manufactured from a polypropylene compound specifically designed for its durability.
